Built in 1948 by the Schanno family’s grandfather, who fell in love with the area, it has been cherished for decades. His grandchildren recently rebuilt and thoughtfully designed the home to preserve their family’s legacy, creating a beautiful space for unforgettable gatherings by the water.

Enjoy great beach walks, shell and crab hunting during low tide, and fun kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, and fishing at high tide. This home also features a spacious, beautifully landscaped yard, a very popular pickleball court, an outdoor fire pit, a BBQ area, and several outdoor spaces for lounging and playing. Kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, life preservers, pickleball paddles and balls, badminton, bocce ball, and cornhole sets are also available for guests. Board games, card games, and fun vacation books are also available for guests, along with air conditioning and guest Wi-Fi. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring luxury linens, Smart TVs, and water views. The 3 bathrooms include tiled showers (one with a bathtub), along with luxury shampoos, towels, and hair dryers. Beautiful artwork is also showcased throughout the home, including a piece that will excite fans of the Twilight book and movie series based in Washington State. The covered outdoor deck features Adirondack chairs for enjoying the breathtaking views and diverse wildlife, including bald eagles, seals, otters, bunnies, deer, orcas, and various marine and bird species.
