We absolutely loved our experience at this beautiful house. As a large family, we have stayed at many rental homes over the years and we all agreed that this was the best experience we've ever had. First, the house is elegant and fully stocked with every guest need anticipated. Next, the setting is breathtaking with many opportunities to enjoy nature, such as pickleball, kayaking, morning tea on the patio, and hanging around the fire pit on the water. Finally, Chad was a top-notch host. He was very responsive, kind, and facilitated a very special family stay. The family voted and we'll be back!!

We very much enjoyed this home and location. The house is stylish, cozy, and unique. The views are stunning. We loved spending time on the deck, in the hot tub, and exploring the waterfront area down below. Chad is an exceptional host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a memorable one. We would definitely stay here again.

The Royal Beacon is officially our favorite Airbnb… it is absolutely stunning with views of the water and peaceful sounds from nature. The home is practically brand new with loads of upgrades - steam shower, miele built in espresso maker, induction cooktop & built in griddle nearby, and easy remote shades in every room made our stay extremely enjoyable. Chad and his team are wonderful hosts, friendly and responsive. We cannot wait to return!

Chad was the BEST host! We stayed here to attend a wedding nearby. Chad’s space was beautiful — we loved waking up to sea lions and enjoying the view with a coffee from the well stocked coffee bar. Chad was responsive and went out of his way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable, including measuring his fridge to ensure that 3 large wedding cakes would fit. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Royal Beacon. The home was beautiful, spotless, and even better than described. The location was perfect — peaceful, scenic, and close to town, making it easy to enjoy everything Poulsbo has to offer while still feeling like a relaxing getaway. Chad was truly an exceptional host. From the moment we booked, his communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful. He went above and beyond!

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t recommend this place more highly! Chad was incredibly communicative from start to finish. He was super easy to get a hold of and always responsive, making the entire booking process feel smooth and stress-free. This home is incredibly comfortable and charming - even better than the listing photos suggested. We loved sitting in the living room with binoculars in the morning, watching seals and sea birds look for their morning meals in Murden Cove. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook in for a week, and the fireplace kept things cozy on rainy spring evenings. Lots of wonderful parks nearby. Chad’s little touches — from fresh bread and jam on arrival to an amazing birthday cake left for me in the fridge — warmly welcomed us and made things extra special. It’s a small thing, but I appreciated the abundance of hangers in the closets. I highly recommend this special place!

Our entire group agreed that this was likely the nicest Airbnb in which we have stayed. The quality of the views and house exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was very well stocked, the living room and bedrooms were cozy, and our hosts went well above and beyond. We were celebrating a birthday and Chad’s team even left us a delicious cake. We would stay here again without looking at other options. :-)

We had a really special stay at Chad’s place for my birthday. The home is beautiful, cozy, and the perfect getaway from the city. The surroundings are incredible, with easy beach access and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that felt very restorative. The sauna and hot tub were highlights and made the stay even more enjoyable. Chad was a thoughtful and responsive host, and even arranged a birthday cake for me, which was such a memorable touch. We felt very welcome throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back!
